How did you find out about the Co-op?

I, the undersigned, in applying for membership of Victoria Sailing Co-op, promise to observe the Rules and the Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Victoria Sailing Co-op.
In particular, if I am responsible for any loss or damage to Co-op equipment or a boat, I will pay to repair or replace said loss or damage up to the maximum amount of the insurance deductible.
I agree to participate in the running of the co-op and in boat maintenance as outlined in the SOP of the Co-op.
I also understand that my membership will only be accepted after I sign the member's waiver form and I paid the membership fee.
